Морис Хју Фредерик Вилкинс (енгл. Maurice Wilkins; Нови Зеланд, 15. децембар 1916 — 5. октобар 2004) је био енглески физичар и молекуларни биолог.“ Његова истраживања су допринела научном разумевању фосфоресценције, изотопне сепарације, оптичке микроскопије и дифракције X-зрака, као и развоју радара. Он је најбоље познат по раду на Кингс колеџу у Лондону на структури ДНК. Као знак признања за његов рад, он је заједно са, Франсисом Криком и Џејмсом Вотсоном награђен Нобеловом наградом за физиологију или медицину 1962. „за њихова открића молекулске структуре нуклеинских киселина.“
