Hjubert Horejšio Hamfri, mlađi (engl. Hubert Horatio Humphrey, Jr.; Volas, 27. maj 1911 — Vejverli, 13. januar 1978) je bio američki političar. Za vreme mandata predsednika Lindona Džonsona je služio kao 38. potpredsednik Sjedinjenih Država. Hamfri je dvaput služio kao senator iz Minesote, i bio je parlamentarni organizator Demokratske stranke. Osnovao je Demokratsku-farmersku-radničku partiju Minesote i Akciju Amerikanci za demokratiju. Takođe je bio gradonačelnik Mineapolisa, Minesota od 1945. do 1949. Hamfri je bio predsednički kandidat Demokratske stranke na izborima 1968. ali je izgubio od republikanskog kandidata, Ričarda Niksona.
