Arahidonatna 12-lipoksigenaza (EC 1.13.11.31, Delta12-lipoksigenaza, 12-lipoksigenaza, 12Delta-lipoksigenaza, C-12 lipoksigenaza, 12S-lipoksigenaza, leukotrienska A4 sintaza, LTA4 sintaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom arahidonat:kiseonik 12-oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- arahidonat + O2
(5Z,8Z,10E,14Z)-(12S)-12-hidroperoksiikosa-5,8,10,14-tetraenoat
(5Z,8Z,10E,14Z)-(12S)-12-hidroperoksiikosa-5,8,10,14-tetraenoatProdukt se brzo redukuje do korespondirajućeg 12S-hidroksi jedinjenja.
