Građanska platforma (polj. Platforma Obywatelska, PO), je demohrišćanska i liberalna konzervativna[1][6][7][8][9] politička partija u Poljskoj.
Osnovana je 2001. godine, te se zalaže za ekonomski liberalizam, te konzervativne društvene vrednosti. PO je takođe vatreni zagovornik evropske integracije, te se zalaže za punu saradnju Poljske s EU.
PO je bila po mnogim programskim odrednicama bliska stranci Pravo i pravda, ali su predsednički i parlamentarni izbori 2005. godine trajno pokvarili odnose među njima. Pod desničarskom, vladom Jaroslava Kačinjskog su se upravo oko PO počeli okupljati liberalni nezadovoljnici, pa je zahvaljujući tome ta partija na vanrednim izborima 2007. godine postala najjača u poljskom Sejmu. Godine 2011. je uspela da zadrži taj status.
Građanska platforma je članica Evropske narodne partije (EPP) i Centrističke demokratske internacionale (CDI).
