Ofelija, poznat i po imenima S/1986 U 8[6] i Uranus VII[7], Uranov je satelit. Otkrio ga je Vojadžer 2 20. januara 1986. godine. Ime je dobio po Ofeliji, liku iz Šekspirovog dela Hamlet.
