Edvard Džejms Hjuz (engl. Edward James "Ted" Hughes; 17. avgusta 1930 — 28. oktobra 1998) bio je engleski pesnik i dečji pisac, poznat kao Ted Hjuz. Kritičari su ga ubrajali u najbolje pesnike svoje generacije.

Bio je oženjen britanskom pesnikinjom Silvijom Plat, od 1956. do njene smrti. Ona se ubila 1963. u 30. godini života.

Godine 2008, časopis Tajm je postavio Hjuza na četvrto mesto njihove liste „50 najboljih britanskih pisaca posle 1945“.

Dana 22. marta 2010. je objavljeno da će Hjuz dobiti mesto u Vestminsterskoj opatiji.
