Tomas Leo Klensi Mlađi (engl. Thomas Leo Clancy Jr.; 12. april 1947 — 1. oktobar 2013) bio je američki pisac. Najpoznatiji je po delima vezanim za Hladni rat. Lov na Crveni oktobar, Neposredna opasnost, Patriotske igre i Svi naši strahovi su samo neki od tih dela. Njegovi romani su kasnije bili inspiracija za stvaranje video-igara Ghost Recon, Rainbow Six i Splinter Cell.
