ОписSeal of the City of Semarang.svg	Bahasa Indonesia: Lambang Kota Semarang. Lambang berupa perisai yang di dalamnya terdapat kapas berjumlah 5 buah dan 5 daun, padi berjumlah 14 bulir, Tugu Muda, bintang segilima, empat keris dan lima bambu runcing, bukit candi, gelombang air, benteng 10 gerigi, dan 2 ekor ikan laut. Dibuat untuk memperingati Pertempuran 5 Hari yang dimulai tanggal 14 Oktober 1945 dan lambang ini ditetapkan berdasarkan Keputusan Kepala Daerah Propinsi Djawa - Tengah tanggal 12 Djuni 1952 No. U. 145/1/5.
