Delta-guajienska sintaza (EC 4.2.3.93, Delta-guaiene synthase) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (2E,6E)-farnezil-difosfat difosfat-lijaza (ciklizacija, formira delta-guajien).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- (2E,6E)-farnezil difosfat delta-guajien + difosfat
Za dejstvo ovog enzima je neophodan jon Mg2+.
