Pentalenenska sintaza (EC 4.2.3.7, pentalenenska sintetaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (2E,6E)-farnezil-difosfat difosfat-lijaza (ciklizacija, formira pentalenen).[1][2][3][4][5][6] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

(2E,6E)-farnezil difosfat pentalenen + difosfat

Ovaj enzim je prisutan u Streptomyces avermitilis.
