Hidroksiacilglutationska hidrolaza (EC 3.1.2.6, glioksalaza II, S-2-hidroksilacilglutationska hidrolaza, acetoacetilglutationska hidrolaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom S-(2-hidroksiacil)glutation hidrolaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- S-(2-hidroksiacil)glutation + H2O glutation + 2-hidroksi karboksilat
Ovaj enzim takođe u manjoj meri hidrolizuje S-acetoacetilglutation.
