Koagulacioni faktor VIIa (EC 3.4.21.21, krvno koagulacioni faktor VIIa, aktivirani krvno koagulacioni faktor VII) je enzim.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Ovaj enzim se formira iz prekurzora faktora VII.
