Scitalonska dehidrataza (EC 4.2.1.94, scitalonska 7,8-hidrolijaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom scitalon 7,8-hidrolijaza (formira 1,3,8-trihidroksinaftalen).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- scitalon 1,3,8-trihidroksinaftalen + H2O
Ovaj enzim zajedno sa enzimom EC 1.1.1.252, tetrahidroksinaftalenskom reduktazom, učestvuje u biosintezi melanina u patogenim gljivama.
