Papa Nikola V (lat. Nicholaus V; 15. novembar 1397 — 24. mart 1455), rođen kao Tomazo Parentučeli (ital. Tommaso Parentucelli, je bio papa od 6. marta 1447. do svoje smrti 1455.[1] Za vreme pontifikata Nikole V, Carigrad je pao pod Osmansku vlast. On je bio poslednji papa koji je sebi odabrao ime „Nikola“.
