Acil-KoA dehidrogenaza dugog lanca (EC 1.3.8.8, palmitoil-KoA dehidrogenaza, palmitoil-koenzim A dehidrogenaza, acil-koenzim A dehidrogenaza dugog lanca, acil-KoA dugog lanca:(akceptor) 2,3-oksidoreduktaza, ACADL (gen).) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom acil-KoA dugog lanca:elektron-transfer flavoprotein 2,3-oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- dugolančani acil-KoA + elektron-transfer flavoprotein dugolančani trans-2,3-dehidroacil-KoA + redukovani elektron-transfer flavoprotein
Ovaj enzim dadrži FAD kao prostetičku grupu. On je jedan od nekoliko enzima koji katalizuju prvi kora u beta oksidaciji masnih kiselina.
