Adrenodoksin-NADP+ reduktaza (EC 1.18.1.6, adrenodoksinska reduktaza, nikotinamid adenin dinukleotid fosfat-adrenodoksinska reduktaza, AdR, NADPH:adrenal feredoksin oksidoreduktaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom adrendoksin:NADP+ oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 2 redukovani adrenodoksin + NADP+ 2 oksidovani adrenodoksin + NADPH + H+
Ovaj enzim je flavoprotein (FAD). On je prva komponenta mitohondrijskog citohroma P-450 sistema transfera elektrona. Ovaj enzim učestvuje u biosintezi steroidnih hormona.
