Guma cis-poliprenilcistransferaza (EC 2.5.1.20, gumena aliltransferaza, gumena transferaza, izopentenil pirofosfat cis-1,4-poliizoprenil transferaza, cis-prenil transferaza, gumena polimeraza, gumena preniltransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom policis-poliprenil-difosfat:izopentenil-difosfat poliprenilcistransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- policis-poliprenil difosfat + izopentenil difosfat difosfat + policis-poliprenil difosfat duži za jednu C5 jedinicu
Čestice gime mogu da deluju kao akceptor.
