Propionat kinaza (EC 2.7.2.15, PduW, TdcD, propionat/acetatna kinaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP:propanoat fosfotransferaza.[1][2][3][4][5][6] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

ATP + propanoat ADP + propanoil fosfat

Za dejstvo ovog enzima je neophodan jon Mg2+.
