CDC 6600
CDC 6600 je veliki računar kompanije CDC razvijen 1964. godine. Smatra se prvim uspešnim superračunarom i bio je tri puta brže od računara IBM 7030 Stretch. Bio je najbrži računar od 1964. godine pa da 1969. godine, odnosno do pojave njegovog naslednika CDC 7600. Softver koji je pokretao ovaj računar nije bio kompaktibilan, odnosno nije se mogao koristiti softver jednog računara na drugom.
Računar je delo Simora Kreja, najpoznatijeg proizvođača superračunara.
