Trans-pentapreniltranstransferaza (EC 2.5.1.33, sve-trans-heksaprenil-difosfatna sintaza, heksaprenil difosfatna sintaza, heksaprenil pirofosfatna sintetaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom sve-trans-pentaprenil-difosfat:izopentenil-difosfat pentapreniltranstransferaza.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- sve-trans-pentaprenil difosfat + izopentenil difosfat difosfat + sve-trans-heksaprenil difosfat
Ovaj enzim takođe koristi trans,trans-farnezil difosfat i sve-trans-geranilgeranil difosfat kao donore.
