В лазоревом поле серебряный круг, обременённый лазоревым пламенем о двух языках (правый из которых меньше и подобен капле) и сопровождённый по сторонам двумя серебряными направленными от круга носовыми частями древних ладей, а внизу — отвлечённым серебряным волнисто выщербленным поясом.
