Public domain According to the Romanian Law on Copyright and Neighboring Rights Law no. 8/1996 of March 14, 1996 with further amendments Chapter 3 Article 9 the following documents shall not benefit from the legal protection accorded to copyright:

Also, according to Chapter 10 Article 85 Paragraph 2,

  • The photographs of letters, deeds, documents of any kind, technical drawings and other similar papers shall not benefit from the legal protection accorded to copyright.

Therefore this image is assumed to be in the public domain worldwide, although some of the above categories may be subject to usage restrictions within Romania.

Română: Descrierea stemei:

Stema comunei Pojejena, potrivit anexei nr. 1.13, se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, tăiat de un brâu undat, albastru, încărcat cu trei peşti cu capul spre dreapta, de argint, dispuşi doi la unu.În partea superioară, în câmp roşu, se află un vas de ceramică, de aur.În partea inferioară se află un câmp zidit, de argint.Scutul este trimbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.Semnificaţiile elementelor însumate:Brâul undat albastru semnifică faptul că localitatea este situată într-o zonă riverană fluviului Dunărea.Cei trei peşti (şalăi) reprezintă bogăţia piscicolă a zonei şi una dintre principalele ocupaţii ale locuitorilor.Zidul de argint aminteşte de vestigiile istorice care atestă existenţa aşezării încă din perioada Imperiului Roman.Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
