Kanabinoidni receptor tip 1 (CB1) je G protein spregnuti kanabinoidni receptor. CB1 je prvenstveno lociran u mozgu. On se aktivira endokanabinoidnim neurotransmiterima anandamidom i 2-arahidonoil gliceridom (2-AG); biljnim kanabinoidima, kao što je THC, aktivni sastojak psihoaktivnog leka kanabisa; i sintetičkim analozima THC, poput dronabinola.
