2-Hidroksi-3-keto-5-metiltiopentenil-1-fosfatna fosfataza (EC 3.1.3.87, HK-MTPenil-1-P fosfataza, MtnX, YkrX) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 2-hidroksi-5-(metiltio)-3-oksopent-1-enil fosfat fosfohidrolaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 2-hidroksi-5-(metiltio)-3-oksopent-1-enil fosfat + H2O 1,2-dihidroksi-5-(metiltio)pent-1-en-3-on + fosfat
Ovaj enzim učestvuje u putu metioninskog spasavanja kod Bacillus subtilis.
