English: This is a Punnett square for Rh factor inheritance. It’s controlled by two genes, where Rh positive is dominant. This square specifically shows two heterozygous Rh positive parents and the possible genotypes/phenotypes the offspring could have. As long as an offspring has one Rh positive allele from a parent, they will make (at least some) antigens for their blood cells making them Rh positive. Anyone who is Rh positive must have at least one of the Rh positive alleles, but may not have both.
