Leon Jozef Marija Ignjacije Degrale (franc. Léon Degrelle; 15. juna 1906 — 1. aprila 1994) bio je belgijski advokat i političar, istaknuti oficir Vafen-SS, kasnije i vođa reksističkog pokreta. Ostao je poznat i kao istaknuti posleratni nacional-socijalista.

Život pre rata

Leon Degrale je studirao pravo na Katoličkom univerzitetu u Luvenu. Jedno vreme je radio kao novinar časopisa Rimokatoličke crkve.

Bio je osnivač reksističkog pokreta 1930. godine. Degrel je 1936. godine upoznao Adolfa Hitlera i Benita Musolinija koji su počeli da finansiraju Reksistički pokret, u iznosu od 2.000.000 lira i 100.000 nemačkih maraka godišnje. Reksisti su na tim izborima dobili 21. poslaničko mesto i 12 senatorskih.
