Sara Elizabet Dalin (Bristol, 17. decembar 1961) je engleska muzičarka, poznata kao članica grupe Bananarama, koju je osnovala sa njenom drugaricom iz detinjstva, Keren Vudvard.[1]

Dalin je rođena u Bristolu, Engleska.[1] Pohađala je u rodnom Bristolu sa Vudvardkom i studirala novinarstvo u Londonu pre nego što su osnovali grupu Bananarama sa Šibon Fej.[2][3][4]

Bila je verena sa plesačom Bejsi Vokerom sa kojom su imali jedno dete, Alis, 1991 godine, ali su se kasnije razveli.[5][6]
