NOHA (akademska organizacija)

NOHA ili Mreža za humanitarnu akciju, međunarodno je udruženje univerziteta koje nude postdiplomske kurseve za humanitarne agencije i njihove radnike.[1] Udruženje je osnovalo pet evropskih univerziteta 1993. godine Univerzitet Aik-Marsej, Univerzitet u Bohumu, Univerzitet Deusto, Univerzitet u Luvenu i Univerzitet u Oksfordu. Inicijativa master programa pokrenuta je 1993. godine pod pokroviteljstvom programa Erasmus uz dodatnu finansijsku podršku Generalnog direktorata za evropske poslove civilne zaštite i humanitarne pomoći.[2] U 2015. mreža se proširila na dvanaest evropskih i pet globalnih partnerskih univerziteta.[3]
