Magnezijum protoporfirin IX metiltransferaza (EC 2.1.1.11, Magnesium protoporphyrin IX methyltransferase) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom S-adenozil-L-metionin:magnezijum-protoporfirin-IX O-metiltransferaza.^[1]^[2]^[3]^[4]^[5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
