D-lizinska 5,6-aminomutaza (EC 5.4.3.4, D-alfa-lizinska mutaza, adenozilkobalamin-zavisna D-lizinska 5,6-aminomutaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom D-2,6-diaminoheksanoat 5,6-aminomutaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- D-lizin 2,5-diaminoheksanoat
Za dejstvo ovog enzima je neophodan kobamidni koenzim.
