Fenilpiruvatna tautomeraza (EC 5.3.2.1, fenilpiruvinska keto-enolna izomeraza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom fenilpiruvat keto—enol-izomeraza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- keto-fenilpiruvat enol-fenilpiruvat
Ovaj enzim takođe deluje na druge arilpiruvate.
