H+/K+ pojačavajuća ATPaza (EC 3.6.3.10, H+-K+-ATPaza, H,K-ATPaza, (K+ + H+)-ATPaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP fosfohidrolaza (H+/K+ razmena).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Ova P-tip ATPaza podleže kovalentnoj fosforilaciji tokom transportnog ciklusa.
