Izohorizmatna sintaza (EC 5.4.4.2, MenF) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom izohorizmat hidroksimutaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Za dejstvo ovog enzima je neophodan Mg2+.
