Pariski mir (1814)
Pariski mir potpisan je 30. maja 1814. godine i njime je završen rat između francuskog kralja Šarla X i Šeste koalicije, dela Napoleonskih ratova,[1] nakon potpisivanja primirja 23. aprila između Šarla X i saveznika.[2] Sporazumom su utvrđene granice za Francusku pod Dinastijom Burbon i vraćene teritorije drugih nacija. Ovaj sporazum se ponekad naziva Prvim mirom iz Pariza, jer je još jedan sledio 1815. godine.

Pariskim mirom uspostavljen je mir između Francuske sa jedne i Britanije, Rusije, Austrije i Pruske sa druge strane. Strane su ranije u francuskom gradu Šomonu već sklopile sporazum[3]. Mir u Šomonu potpisan je i od strane Portugalije i Švedske. Jula iste godine Španija je potpisala mir[4]. Mirovni pregovori otpočeli su 9. maja. Francusku je zastupao Šarl Moris Taljeran u ime prognanog Luja XVIII. Taljeran je priznao nezavisnost svim državama koje su Francuzi osvojili nakon 1792. godine tj. nakon izbijanja Francuskih revolucionarnih ratova. Članice Šeste koalicije nisu potpisale zajednički dokument sa Francuskom već je svaka sa Francuskom zaključila posebne ugovore[4]. Nakon prestanka neprijateljstava, ugovor je obezbedio grubi nacrt konačnog rešenja. Prema 32. članu, dva meseca kasnije trebalo je da se održi kongres na kome će biti prisutni poslanici svih zaraćenih strana u Napoleonovim ratovima.[5] Rezultat ove odredbe je Bečki kongres (održan od septembra 1814. do juna 1815).

Na francuski presto vraćen je burbonski kralj. Uspostavljeno je stanje od pre 1. juna 1792. godine. Francuska je zadržala Sarbriken, Sarlouis, Landau, okrug Montbeliar, deo Savoje (sa Ansijem i Šamberijem) i Avinjon. Za uzvrat, francuska je ustupila nekoliko kolonija.
Pariskim mirom iz 1814. godine, francuska je zadržala sve teritorije koje je posedovala 1. januara 1792. godine, a takođe su joj vraćene neke teritorije koje su joj Britanci oduzeli tokom rata. Među tim teritorijama je Gvadelup koga su Britanci ustupili Švedskoj kada je ušla u koaliciju. Švedska je za uzvrat dobila 24 miliona franaka. Izuzetak od ovih odredbi su Tobago, Sveta Lucija, Sejšeli i Mauricijus koji nisu vraćeni Francuskoj. Velika Britanija je zadržala suverenitet nad Maltom[6]. Španiji je vraćen San Domingo (u ratovima poznat pod imenom Haiti) koji je Francuskoj pripao Bazelskim ugovorom iz 1795. godine. Francuzi su priznali nezavisnost Haitija 1838. godine. Cilj sporazuma bio je i ukidanje francuske trgovine robljem (ne i ropstva). Nakon pet godina, Francuska je priznala nezavisnost Švajcarske.[7]
Nakon izmena odredbi Pariskog mira iz 1814. godine na Bečkom kongresu, dana 20. novembra 1815. godine zaključen je drugi Pariski mir[8].
Teritorije drugih nacija[uredi | uredi izvor]
Sporazumom je podeljeno nekoliko teritorija među različitim zemljama. Francuska je zadržala sve teritorije koje je imala 1. januara 1792. godine i tako ponovo stekla mnoge teritorije izgubljene od Britanije tokom rata. Time su obuhvaćen Gvadelup (Stav IX), koji je Britanija ustupila Švedskoj kada je ušla u koaliciju. Za uzvrat, Švedskoj je isplaćeno 24 miliona franaka, što je dovelo do formiranja Gvadelupskog fonda. Jedini izuzeci su Tobago, Sveta Lucija, Sejšeli i Mauricijus, od kojih su svi predati u britansku kontrolu. Britanija je zadržala suverenost nad ostrvom Malta (Stav VII).[6]
Sporazumom je vraćena Španiji teritorija Santo Dominga, koju je Francuska preuzela Baselskim mirom iz 1795. godine[9][10][11][12] (Stav VIII). Time je implicitno priznat francuski suverenitet nad San Domingom, koji je Desalin proglasio nezavisnim pod imenom Haiti. Francuska nije priznala nezavisnost Haitija do 1824. godine.[13][14][15]
Ovim sporazumom je priznata nezavisnost Švajcarske[16][17][18][19] (Stav VI).[20]
Dinastija Burbona[uredi | uredi izvor]
Sporazumom je priznata Burbonska monarhija u Francuskoj, i ličnost Luja XVIII, jer je sporazum bio između Luja XVIII kralja Francuske i šefova država koalicije velikih sila.
Trgovina robljem i robstvo[uredi | uredi izvor]
Jedan od ciljeva sporazuma je bio ukidanje francuske trgovine robljem u Francuskoj, ali ne i samo ropstvo u periodu od pet godina. Teritorije Francuske nisu bile ovim obuhvaćene.
