L-peptidaza (EC 3.4.22.46, L-peptidase) je enzim.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Autokatalitičko odvajanje od poliproteina virusa bolesti slinavka i šap putem hidrolize Lys-Gly veze. Zatim razlaže initiation faktor eIF-4G ćelije domaćina na vezama -Gly-Arg- i -Lys-Arg-
Ovaj enzim je najpoznatiji po virusu bolesti slinavke i šapa.
