Sirohidrohlorna ferohelataza (EC 4.99.1.4, CysG, Met8P, SirB, sirohidrohlorinska fero-lijaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom siroheme fero-lijaza (formira sirohidrohlorin).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- sirohem + 2 H+ sirohidrohlorin + Fe2+
Ovaj enzim katalizuje treći korak formiranja sirohema iz uroporfirinogena III.
