AutFest (engl. Outfest) ranije Gay and Lesbian Media Festival and Conference američki je LGBT festival filma koji se održava svake godine u Los Anđelesu.[1]
Prvi festival održan je 1982. godine i osnovao ga je Stuart Timons, nagrađivani američki novinar, istoričar, aktivista i autor istorije LGBT osoba.[2]
Nagrade koje se dodeljuju na Outfestu nazivaju se „Outies“. Nagrade dodeljuju publika i stručni žiri u 16 kategorija. Tokom izdanja 2020. godine predstavljen je dokumentarni film Izlečeni.[3]
