Is this Mus musculus?

If I find a species of Mus or Muridae and want to know if this is Kućni miš, then the best sign to look for is the upper front teeth, with the notch in them. There are many other look-a-like species, but they do not have this notch. This information is best to put in wikipedia - wikespecies do not have room for it.
I gave a long reason for why this picture should be in wikipedia, and I would like to have a reason or explanation for why is should not be there. The picture is not beautiful, but not all pictures in encyclopedia are. And this is the best way in my opinion to explain how to find out if this animal in front of me is Mus musculus or not.
