(S)-beta-makrokarpenska sintaza (EC 5.5.1.17, TPS6, TPS11) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (S)-beta-makrokarpen lijaza (deciklizacija).[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- (S)-beta-bisabolen (S)-beta-makrokarpen
Sinteza (S)-beta-makrokarpena iz (2E,6E)-farnezil difosfata se odvija u dva stepena.
