3-Fumarilpiruvatna hidrolaza (EC 3.7.1.20, nagK (gen), naaD (gen)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 3-fumarilpiruvat hidrolijaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Ovaj enzim učestvuje u bakterijskoj degradaciji 5-supstituisanih salicilata.
