6-Fosfoglukonolaktonaza (EC 3.1.1.31, fosfoglukonolaktonaza, 6-PGL) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 6-fosfo-D-glukono-1,5-lakton laktonohidrolaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 6-fosfo-D-glukono-1,5-lakton + H2O 6-fosfo-D-glukonat
