Glicerat kinaza (EC 2.7.1.31, gliceratna kinaza (fosforilacija), D-gliceratna 3-kinaza, D-gliceratna kinaza, glicerat-kinaza, GK, D-glicernana kiselina kinaza, ATP:(R)-glicerat 3-fosfotransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP:D-glicerat 3-fosfotransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
