Diadenozin heksafosfatna hidrolaza (formira AMP) (EC 3.6.1.60, hAps1, NUDT11 (gen), hAps2, NUDT10 (gen)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom P1,P6-bis(5'-adenozil)heksafosfat nukleotidohidrolaza (formira AMP).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- (1) P1,P6-bis(5'-adenozil)heksafosfat + H2O adenozin 5'-pentafosfat + AMP
- (2) P1,P5-bis(5'-adenozil)pentafosfat + H2O adenozin 5'-tetrafosfat + AMP
Dvovalentni kation je esencijalan za aktivnost.
