Ribonukleaza F (EC 3.1.27.7, ribonukleaza F (E. coli)) je enzim.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Endonukleolitičko razlaganje RNK prekursora u dve, odlazeće 5'-hidroksi i 3'-fosfatne grupe
