The URLs for those two sites don't depend on coordinates, but rather on place names. There is probably a different Severovo elsewhere and both these sites refer to it, whereas the data we have here refers to a completely different place. I guess I could've checked the coordinates of those places on those sites, but that was too much of a hassle, I suppose.
