3,4-dihidroksifenilacetat 2,3-dioksigenaza (EC 1.13.11.15, 3,4-dihidroksifenilacetatna kiselina 2,3-dioksigenaza, HPC dioksigenaza, homoprotokatehuatna 2,3-dioksigenaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 3,4-dihidroksifenilacetat:kiseonik 2,3-oksidoreduktaza (deciklizacija).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju:
- 3,4-dihidroksifenilacetat + O2 2-hidroksi-5-karboksimetilmukonat semialdehid
Ovaj protein sadrži gvožđe.
