D-alanin—(R)-laktat ligaza (EC 6.1.2.1, VanA, VanB, VanD) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom D-alanin:(R)-laktat ligaza (formira ADP).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Produkt ovog enzim može da bude inkorporisan u peptidoglikan pentapeptid umesto u uobičajeni D-alanil-D-alanin dipeptid.
