D-ksiloza reduktaza (EC 1.1.1.307, XylR, XyrA, msXR, dsXR, monospecifična ksilozna reduktaza, dualno specifična ksilozna reduktaza, NAD(P)H-zavisna ksilozna reduktaza, ksilozma reduktaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ksilitol:NAD(P)+ oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- ksilitol + NAD(P)+ D-ksiloza + NAD(P)H + H+
Ksilozna reduktaza katalizuje inicijalnu reakcija u metaboličkom putu koji koristi ksilozu. Dolazi do NAD(P)H zavisne redukcija ksiloze do ksilitola.
