Difosfoinozitol-polifosfatna difosfataza (EC 3.6.1.52, difosfoinozitol-polifosfatna fosfohidrolaza, DIPP) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom difosfo-mio-inozitol-polifosfat difosfohidrolaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- difosfo-mio-inozitol polifosfat + H2O mio-inozitol polifosfat + fosfat
Ovaj enzim hidrolizuje difosfatnu vezu.
