Drimenolna ciklaza (EC 3.1.7.7, farnezil pirofosfat:drimenol ciklaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (2E,6E)-farnezil-difosfat difosfohidrolaza (formira drimenol).[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
